These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tenshn.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from TENSHN. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
TENSHN sells grooming instruments and cosmetic oils for external use on the scalp, neck, and back. Our products are cosmetic and grooming tools. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and are not marketed or intended as a treatment for hair loss or as a hair growth product. No statement on this Site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable inventory, in which case any payment collected will be refunded.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to interfere with its normal operation, accessing it using automated means to scrape content, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TENSHN disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
