TENSHN ships orders from Atlanta, Georgia, USA. We ship to locations that are not restricted by United States government regulations.
Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and costs are shown at checkout. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within 2–5 business days after the order is placed. Delivery times begin after an order has shipped and may vary based on the carrier, shipping method, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside of TENSHN's control.
International customers are responsible for all shipping-related charges, including, but not limited to, customs duties, taxes, import fees, and brokerage fees. TENSHN is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or for fees assessed by the destination country.
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery by emailing returns@tenshn.com.
To be eligible for a return, products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition. Opened products are final sale and are not eligible for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact TENSHN before sending any item back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions to ensure your return is delivered to the appropriate location.
Refunds are issued only for eligible, unopened, and unused items, or for products confirmed to have arrived damaged. Returned opened or used products will not be refunded.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing, please contact us before returning anything at returns@tenshn.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging when applicable. We will review the issue and provide next steps, including the appropriate return address if a return is needed.
