TENSHN wants our website and the Scalp Passport app to be usable by everyone, including people who use assistive technology such as screen readers, switch control, or voice control, and people navigating by keyboard alone. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, and we treat accessibility issues as bugs to be fixed, not feature requests.
Ongoing, specific work on this site and in the App has included:
This is engineering-level, evidence-based work — targeted fixes verified with real contrast calculations, a real accessibility-tree read, and real keyboard/screen-reader checks — not a certification from an outside accessibility auditor, and not a claim that every page and every screen has been checked. If you run into something that doesn't work with the technology you use, we want to know, and we treat every report seriously.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on our website or in the Scalp Passport app, please tell us — email support@tenshn.com with the subject line “Accessibility,” and include the page or screen, what happened, and the assistive technology you were using if applicable. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 5 business days and to give you a plan or timeline for a fix.
